HEARTH Your whole house and garage, tracked

Recurring upkeep with real calendar math, one-off jobs with deadlines, a Garage where each vehicle carries its own mileage and tasks, and a month Calendar view colored by what's overdue or coming due. Sign in with a username and password or with Discord, pick a starter pack so day one isn't an empty page, and look around the public demo first if you'd rather.

HEARTH In chat, per person

Connect Discord and message the bot: it knows your tasks and nobody else's, because the platform verifies who's speaking. It handles logging (“done: furnace filter”), what's due, one-off items with a deadline, “remind me in 10 days,” undo, and adding new tasks just by describing them. It confirms details before creating anything, and it stays quiet unless something is genuinely due.

SAGE A coach that doesn't nag or flatter

A morning briefing, habit streaks, goals with check-in notes and honest progress, a Sunday review of how the week actually went, and nudges that escalate only when something is truly slipping. Your calendar can feed the briefing too, read-only, from a private feed. Sign in with a username and password or with Discord: anyone can create an account.

LittleCloud Built in the open, and answering

Every change posts to a public build-log channel as it ships, so a quiet stretch shows up honestly as a quiet stretch. If a bot can't do something you ask, it opens a private ticket only you and I can see, and you get a message back when it's resolved. There's an anonymous feedback box too, no account needed.

HEARTH Reminder timing, set once for everything deliberately held

Any single task can already carry its own “warn me N days early” override, set right on the task itself. What's parked is doing it once for everything: an account-wide default for how early “due soon” starts warning you, and what time of day HEARTH runs its check.

This one is scoped and understood, and it's held back deliberately. Both settings reach into the scheduler and the date math, which are the parts that must never be wrong, so it's a change to make with full attention rather than squeeze into a quiet evening.

HEARTH Shaped by the people using it

The polish that only real use can point at: a smoother phone experience, more starter packs, and chat that asks a clarifying question instead of guessing when two tasks have similar names. This list comes straight from the feedback box, which is exactly why sending something is the fastest way to move it.

Your vehicles already live in the Garage with their own mileage. The idea beyond that: oil changes driven by the miles you actually log, winter tasks that wake up when winter's coming, and intervals that learn from when you really do the work.

LittleCloud Discord and the web, on purpose

Worth stating plainly, because this page used to promise otherwise: LittleCloud is Discord plus the web, by decision. Telegram was removed from both apps in July 2026, since almost nobody was using it and it was generating constant connection errors. Adding another messaging channel isn't planned. Doing one channel properly, with the same per-person privacy guarantees, beats doing three of them thinly.

If more tools ever join, they'll be held to the same rules: a dependable core, AI only at the edges, your data staying yours. The best candidates have always come from someone just asking. Several of HEARTH's features started life that way.
