LittleCloud is built in the open, one dependable step at a time. Here's the story so far: pick a product to filter, or see it all.
Everything below has shipped and is live. New feature work is paused for now while I'm on other projects, so expect this page to be quiet for a while. Both apps stay online, maintained and free, and anything genuinely broken still gets fixed. The Roadmap says what's parked and what would restart it.

HEARTH went from nothing to a working companion: its own server, a dependable engine that tracks home and vehicle upkeep with real calendar math, a maintenance watchdog that reaches you on Discord when something is actually due, and logging by plain message, so saying “done: furnace filter” updates the schedule itself.

The household board came online over HTTPS, first as a status page, then fully interactive: log, add, edit, retire and restore tasks and manage categories, all sized cleanly for phone and desktop. The watchdog speaks up only when something's overdue or coming due, with no daily noise.

Registered littlecloud.dev, gave the family a cohesive look, and published this site: About, Progress, Roadmap, share-ready preview cards, and a friendly page when a link goes nowhere. SAGE was announced as product two.

The leap from personal tool to real product: every record tied to an account (migrated carefully, nothing lost), sign-in with username and password or Discord (neither required to look around), open sign-ups with starter packs so day one isn't an empty board, and a public no-login demo that resets itself nightly.

Message the HEARTH bot and it knows your tasks: logging, questions, reminders a set number of days out, one-off items like a roof inspection, and adding brand-new tasks just by asking (a user requested that one, so it got built). Connecting Discord is self-serve and proves itself with a real message round-trip. Weekly upkeep even earns a small streak.

The personal side moved out of HEARTH into a focused product: morning briefing, log-by-message, streaks, a Sunday weekly review, gentle escalating nudges, plus a web dashboard, designed as mockups first and built to match. It ran owner-only at first, proving its judgment before anyone else leaned on it.

SAGE learned to read a calendar, so the morning briefing can fit the day you're actually having. It's read-only and deliberately plain: a private feed link rather than handing over an account, and anything it cannot read is counted and disclosed rather than guessed at.

The Discord opened to everyone, with a how-to and an ideas channel for each app. It also brought private tickets: if a bot can't do something you ask, it opens one that only you and I can see. A request never gets lost in scroll-back.

The LittleCloud ops console got its own sign-in, a live board that watches every server and app with a plain-English condition lamp, and its first one-keystroke fixes, each previewed, deliberately confirmed, and written to a flight recorder.

HEARTH learned that a car is its own thing, not a category. Add a vehicle with its year, make, model, mileage and plate; hang its maintenance on it; tag any task with the vehicle it belongs to; and see what's due per vehicle. Deleting a vehicle keeps its history. Its tasks simply go back to being unassigned.

When you open a ticket from chat, it no longer vanishes into a queue: a decision on it now comes back to you as a message, so the loop actually closes. Built for SAGE first, then brought home to HEARTH.

SAGE went from a party of one to a real product: its own live board at sage.littlecloud.dev, each person's habits, goals and check-ins entirely their own, chat that knows it's you, and a no-login demo to look first. The coach earned its 1.0. It launched open to anyone in the LittleCloud Discord, and that membership check came off two days later once it turned out to block the very people it was meant to let in.

You no longer need Discord to get started with SAGE. It now takes a plain username and password too, so anyone can create an account and open their board in seconds. Want the coach in your DMs? Connect Discord from your profile in one click, and the daily check-ins and chat follow you there.

The workshop used to live inside one of its own products: HEARTH's folder quietly held the website and the shared plumbing too. Now LittleCloud, HEARTH and SAGE each have their own home, their own code repository and their own version number, still sharing one private network so they cooperate. Housekeeping you shouldn't have to notice, except for one thing you might: the version shown on each product now reads true. They used to share a single number, which is why SAGE once displayed HEARTH's.

Telegram was removed from both apps. Almost nobody was using it, and it was generating constant connection errors in the background, so keeping it was paying a real cost for a door nobody walked through. LittleCloud is Discord plus the web now, by decision, and Discord's own connect flow is unchanged.

Every page in HEARTH was rebuilt on one quiet, flat design: no gradients, no animation, no decorative emoji, just the information. The board kept everything it could do and gained clickable status counts, so tapping “3 overdue” filters straight to them. Account settings now let you pick light or dark, comfortable or compact spacing, and one of six accent colors, remembered and applied before the page paints.

SAGE had started replying to ordinary conversation with a canned refusal, because its own instructions told it to decline anything it wasn't certain was in scope. That rule was replaced with one that answers naturally and steers back to your goals, declining only what's genuinely out of its lane. It also caught up with HEARTH: its own Account and Connections pages, a matching restrained design, and the same quiet, unboastful voice throughout.

The site was rebuilt around what LittleCloud actually is rather than leading with the two apps, every page moved onto one shared design, and the copy was checked against what's really running. That check found the site still advertising Telegram in a dozen places and a roadmap promising features that had been cancelled or already shipped. All corrected here.
