A small workshop for software that earns its keep.

I'm Michael, an IT professional building small, dependable tools with AI and then living with them myself. Everything here follows one rule: a deterministic core with AI only at the edges. The parts that must be right are plain, predictable code. The AI just handles the words.

What that means in practice

The math is never guessed

Every calculation that has to be right, when something is due, how long a streak is, whose data is whose, runs in ordinary code that gives the same answer every time. No AI decides what's overdue.

Your data stays yours

Your records are scoped to your account and nobody else's, and the bots know who's messaging because Discord verifies it, not because the model was told. Nothing is sold or shared, and you can have it all deleted whenever you like.

Built in the open

Every change posts to a public build log as it ships, fixes included, so a quiet stretch shows up honestly as a quiet stretch. The Progress page tells the same story in plain English.

Both apps are live and supported. New feature work is paused.

They keep running while I build other things: the briefings arrive, the backups run, the watchdog watches, and anything broken still gets fixed. If you use one and something is missing, say so on the Discord or through the anonymous feedback box, because that is what starts the work again. The Roadmap is honest about what's parked.
